39th Civil Engineer Squadron Change of Command
Lt. Col Marie T. Harnly relinquished command of the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) during a change of command ceremony at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, July 21, 2022. During the ceremony, Harnly relinquished command to Col. Christopher J. Robinson, 39th Mission Support Group commander, who then charged Maj. Thomas M. Synovec with leading the 39th CES. The change of command ceremony is a long-standing military tradition that represents the formal transfer of command from one officer to another.
