In celebration of Halloween, the 39th Air Base Wing held its annual Trunk or Treat event to strengthen the relationships between the Airmen of the 39th ABW and local Turkish military members and their families. U.S. Air Force service members from around the installation volunteered to decorate their vehicles and display candy from their trunks to hand out to Airmen and Turkish children.
