This expansion of dining options allows for Airmen with meal cards to utilize them at all FSS dining facilities. LIEUTENANT COLONEL BRYAN P. SHOUPE
Lieutenant Colonel Bryan P. Shoupe is the commander of the 425th Air Base Squadron at Izmir Air Station, Türkiye. In this capacity, Lt Col Shoupe serves as the administrative agent responsible for support to all military units operating in Izmir, including NATO Allied Land Command Headquarters. He directs support operations in airlift, chapel, civil engineering, communications, finance, force protection, housing, law enforcement, legal, logistics plans and readiness, morale and welfare, personnel services, supply, and vehicle operations and maintenance. Lt Col Shoupe is also responsible for administering the annual one-million-dollar Çiğli Air Base Loan agreement between the United States and Turkey.

Lt. Col. Bryan Shoupe (right) assumes command of the 425th Air Base Squadron from Col. Christopher Robinson, 39th Mission Support Group commander, during a change of command ceremony Aug. 15, 2022, at Izmir, Türkiye. Shoupe was previously assigned to 305th Air Mobility Wing as an inspector general at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey in the United States.
