CMSAF Cody honors fallen at Memorial Day wreath laying
Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James A. Cody provided the keynote speech during a Memorial Day wreath-laying ceremony held at the Air Force Memorial, Arlington, Va., May 25, 2015. During his remarks Cody mentioned a few Airmen by name and said, "We honor these Airmen today, just as we honor the more than one million men and women who've paid the ultimate sacrifice in defense of the freedoms we enjoy." He added, "Today we do not mourn the fallen, we celebrate their courage and praise them for their selflessness. We hold them in our hearts and celebrate them with our words.
