Office is closed for all official Federal Holidays, and the 3rd Wednesday of every month for training.
Customers that have an upcoming PCS, separation, retirement, TDY/Deployment or COT leave travel authorization can contact our office to schedule travel. IAW DTR 4500.9-R Order of Precedence for Travel, TO/TMC must utilize U.S. Transportation Command’s (USTRANSCOM) contracted airlift (e.g., Patriot Express (PE) channel airlift) unless there is a documented negative mission impact. We can view and reserve available PE flights as far as 90 days out for the date of departure. Orders are not required to reserve an itinerary; however, orders are required to purchase tickets for official travel. If you are unable to use PE due to negative mission impact, please contact our office for a mission impact statement.
To begin your travel inquiry, PCS and TDY, please utilize the following forms. Once completed, send it to our organization email at 39LRS.TMO.PAX@US.AF.MIL. Members that will be taking leave in conjunction with official travel (TDY) must fill out a Leave in Conjunction with Official Travel (LICWO) Policy letter before self-procuring leisure travel.
If you are planning to deviate from your authorized route for PCS, Separation, or Retirement, a circuitous travel memorandum will need to be completed. Fill out the information required then send it to our organizational email 39LRS.TMO.PAX@US.AF.MIL so we can give you a quote. Memorandum will need to be given to MPF to amend orders. If you are planning to use circuitous travel for COT leave, you will need to get with your CSS to get a COT worksheet.
Members that want to use an alternate carrier that is not a U.S. Flag Carrier must fill out the Non-U.S. Flag Ship memorandum and have it amended on their orders prior to departure.
