    Lt. Col. Robert LaMore, 39th Air Base Wing inspector general, presented a coin to Airman 1st Class James Cline, 39th Security Forces Squadron modern facility operator, April 17, 2019, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The IG and the Wing Inspection Team identified Cline as a superior performer during a recent exercise where he administered self-aid buddy care to wounded individuals and fireman carried injured personnel out of the affected area to a safe location for treatment.
