  • Incirlik 2018 runway repair

    Flying operations on the runway at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, ceased from May 24 to June 2, 2018, in order to make necessary repairs. Multiple organizations from across the installation came together to plan and execute the repairs on approximately 101 spalls, or holes, and to complete other necessary flight line construction projects.
  • 39th OSS wins USAFE Airfield Complex of the Year 2016

    The 39th Operations Support Squadron airfield operations flight was awarded the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Airfield Complex of the Year award for 2016. The squadron was considered for the award based on their ability to quickly communicate with their NATO allies and react to real world situations.
