Staff Sgt. Glinnis Thompson, a 39th Contracting Squadron contracting officer, works on tasks in preparation for the end of the 2023 fiscal year at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 14, 2023. One of the unique aspects at Incirlik is working with the Turkish government in coordination of deliveries and approvals to provide the requirements mission partners need.
