Anna Dykes, a 39th Comptroller Squadron mission support group budget analyst, works on tasks in preparation for the end of the 2023 fiscal year at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 12, 2023. All uncommitted funds throughout the squadrons roll up to the wing where the 39th CPTS and the 39th Contracting Squadron work together to ensure all unfunded requirements are executed. The 39th CPTS’ mission is to help enable the surety mission as well as forward air operations capabilities through first class financial customer service and on-demand decision analytics that continuously support peacetime and contingency operations.
