The family business - Father and son serve together at Incirlik

Master Sgt. Clifford Jackson III (left), and his wife, Tierra N. Jackson, visit their son, Airman 1st Class Clifford Jackson IV, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, in November 2019. The two Airmen continue a family tradition of military service that dates back to WWII. Sergeant Jackson currently serves as the 39th Air Base Wing command section superintendent, and Airman Jackson is a materiel management technician assigned to the 39th Logistics Readiness Squadron. The father-son team provide each other with a sense of home while serving their short tours together at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. They meet at least once a week to share a meal and discuss a variety of issues related to personal and professional growth.
