The newest front-line supervisors for Incirlik Air Base hear from Third AF Command Chief

Heriberto Diaz, Third Air Force Command Chief, explains the importance of front-line leadership to the students at Incirlik Air Base Airman Leadership School at Incirlik AB, Turkey, April 22, 2022. During his visit, Diaz spent time with Incirlik’s newest front-line supervisors and newest chief master sergeants to highlight the importance of deliberate development throughout the enlisted ranks.
