Incirlik Airmen earn high-value contracting officer warrants

Master Sgt. Christopher Pennock (left), 39th Contracting Squadron base operations and support flight chief, and 1st Lt. Dustin Golden, 39th Contracting Squadron director of business operations, recently earned two highly sought after contracting officer warrants, an unlimited contract warrant and a $25 million dollar warrant, while at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Warrants allow contracting officers to procure goods, construction assets and services to complete the Air Force mission more effectively and efficiently.
