Tech. Sgt. Alexander Puma, 39th Air Base Wing NCO in charge of training and readiness, and Maj. Jeff Hawkins, 39th ABW deputy staff judge advocate, are two of three individuals recognized by U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa for their contributions in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate during the 2014 fiscal year May 2, 2015, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Hawkins was presented the Albert M. Kuhfeld Award Outstanding Young Judge Advocate of the Year Award, Puma was presented the Steve Swigonski Award Outstanding Young Paralegal of the Year Award and Master Sgt.
