728th AMS supports German Army arrival at Incirlik Air Base

German soldiers arrive Jan. 9, 2014, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The soldiers will depart Incirlik AB and travel to Kahramanmaras, Turkey where they will assume responsibility for manning two Patriot missile batteries. The German Patriot batteries make up one third of the batteries deployed as part of a NATO mission to increase Turkey’s air defense capabilities against Syrian ballistic missile threats.
