INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Master Sgt. Eric Gunter, 39th Medical Support Squadron diagnostics and therapeutic flight chief, talks about bacteria and the importance of hand washing to Incirlik Unit School students at the 39th MDSS display April, 4, 2014, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The display was one of several booths at the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math fair held at IUS. STEM is a fairly new initiative for Department of Defense Education Activity with its worldwide launch occurring in 2012.
