AFAF Telethon

Master Sgt. Melanie Adams, American Forces Network Incirlik and Staff Sgt. Matthew Lichtenburg, AFN, taught 39th Air Base Command Chief Robert Ellis to do the “cupid shuffle” for his challenge while he was “jailed” during the Air Force Assistance Fund telethon March 17 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The AFAF telethon hosted a “Jail’n’Bail” where money was donated for “suspects” to be thrown in jail. A dollar bought a minute of time with a minimum of a $30 bid for “suspects” to sit in jail and perform live challenges. The telethon raised more than $5,000 for the AFAF.
