A Turkish contractor with Aytekin Serol, places the final touches on a sign introducing the “construct waste water reuse irrigation system” project at Incirlik’s Hodja Lake Golf Course May 8, 2009 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The purpose of the project is the reuse of treated water for the golf course’s irrigation, to replace the currently used potable water, which is supplied from on and off-base wells. This will save energy and money, reducing the potable water demand. The new irrigation system will cover the fairways, tees, greens, internal and external rough areas and driving range.
