Driving requirements, documents unique to Turkey

To drive in Turkey, there are certain items and documentation required to keep in your car. The Turkish vehicle policy requires that a fire extinguisher with a Turkish Standards stamp and expiration date, first-aid kit, tow rope or strap, neck brace, two warning triangles and the Turkish Form for Vehicle Accidents are in your car at all times to pass the vehicle inspection or when pulled over at a traffic stop.
