Staff Sgt. Benjamin Pecarina, American Forces Network Incirlik, receives his diploma from Col.Chris Craige, 39th Air Base Wing commander, during the Class 12-D Incirlik Airman Leadership School graduation May 3, 2012, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Pecarina was also awarded the John L. Levitow Award which is the highest achievement for enlisted Airmen enrolled in U.S. Air Force professional military education.
