Taking care of people is taking care of the mission

Airmen from the 728th Air Mobility Squadron and 39th Maintenance Squadron work jointly in executing aircraft maintenance management, planning maintenance supply support, scheduling personnel, and managing expeditionary movements in real-world scenarios during a simulated exercise at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Aug. 22, 2023. The Maintenance Supervision and Production course used an Aircraft Maintenance Production Simulator to recreate austere conditions during flightline maintenance operations. The Maintenance Supervision and Production course simulated tanker aircraft operations being affected, requiring resources to be shifted to support scheduling maintenance, documenting aircraft statuses, and coordinating with higher headquarters and control agencies to maintain flight operations.
