Rotramel was previously assigned to Combatant Command, Command and Control Division, Digital Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center as the Rogue Blue Software Factory branch chief at the Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska in the United States. The 425th ABS performs as administrative agent and provides mission support for the NATO Allied Land Command Headquarters, Izmir, as well as six other associate units. John Creel relinquished command of the 39th ABW to Maj. Gen. Randall Reed, Third Air Force commander, who then charged Gingrich with leading the wing.
