INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Staff Sgt. Eric Martin, 728th Air Mobility Squadron C-17 Globemaster III crew chief, removes chalks from C-17 aircraft assigned to the 385th Air Expeditionary Group during a preflight check on Sept. 11. C-17s from the 385th AEG squadrons at Incirlik, Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan, and its squadron in Southwest Asia flew sorties Sept. 11 to commemorate the three attack sites -- New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.
