Turner, deployed from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, was selected as the award winner for the time she dedicated as her unit’s career development course monitor, maintaining a 100 percent CDC end of course pass rate for her flight. Joseph Keegan, 39th Maintenance Squadron personnel reliability program monitor, for winning the Larger Than Life Award at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Dec. 10, 2018. Keegan received the award for the dedication and work he provides, such as reviewing 300 personnel documents and finding 15 discrepancies. U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 39th Air Base Wing receive Self Aid Buddy Care training during an Ability to Survive and Operate Rodeo at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Dec. 3, 2018.
