39th Air Base Wing First Sergeants hosts their annual First Sergeant Symposium at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, August 1, 2022. The symposium is held twice a year focusing on preparing technical sergeants and master sergeants with the skills needed to serve as interim first sergeants. The purpose of this event is teach additional duty first sergeants what it means to fill the role and share knowledge with those who might be interested in wearing a diamond of their own one day.
