Staff Sgt. Michael Limiac, a 39th Medical Support Squadron medical information systems technician, coordinates mixed martial arts training sessions in the Fitness Center at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Sergeant Limiac lives by the motto, “Live to fight, fight to live.” Participants of all skill levels attend the workouts and train to build on their knowledge of the sport. Mr. Dikel has been creating Ebru art, a unique Turkish art form, for nearly 24 years. Ebru, or paper marbling, has been practiced in Turkey since the 15th century and uses all-natural products, from the brushes to the paints. The center plans to offer the class monthly.
