Irresponsible drinkers risk life, career, mission
Airmen represent the Air Force on and off duty, and it is their responsibility to drink appropriately. At Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, the program known as "0-1-3" is a guideline designed to help members avoid alcohol-related incidents. Joint festival honors Turkish, American children
