39th FSS welcomes new commander

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey --

Maj. Kenneth Raszinski took command of the 39th Force Support Squadron during a change of command ceremony here, June 20.

Prior to taking command, Raszinski was the 8th FSS operations officer at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
