"This club was originally designed in 1994 by Incirlik's own enlisted," said Chief Master Sgt. Anthony Johnson, 39th Air Base Wing command chief. "That tradition continues as the renovations were drawn out by our enlisted here, showcasing their creativity." The refurbished e-club was officially opened with a ribbon cutting by the command chief and Tech. Sgt. Sharlyne Walton, 39th Air Base Wing NCO in charge of knowledge operations management. Enlisted club functions were moved into the club complex ballroom while the lounge was under construction. The construction began July 1. "I'm happy it's open again," said Senior Airman Tony Rush, 39th Security Forces Squadron pass and ID member. "It nice not going to the ballroom, and it has a brighter atmosphere."
