INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- U.S. Airmen, Army and coalition forces attended the 1st Netherlands Ballistic Missile Defense Task Force change of command ceremony Sept. 27, 2013, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

The 1 (NLD)BMDTF invited German, Turkish and U.S. military leaders to join them at the event with outgoing 1 (NLD)BMDTF commander, Dutch army Col. Peter Koning, and incoming 1(NLD)BMDTF commander, Dutch army Col. Erik Abma.
