INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Airmen from the 39th Communications Squadron and 39th Operations Squadron climbed 100 feet up Oct. 10, 2013, to troubleshoot the Portable Doppler Radar here.

The radar is used for detecting weather for alerts to both residents of Incirlik AB and the three million residents of the city of Adana, Turkey.
