The 39th Air Base Wing is preparing to exercise its non-combatant evacuation operation capabilities Oct. 29 to 30 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

The exercise will test the ability of Incirlik AB Airmen to conduct a NEO, while providing dependents an opportunity to experience what the process will be like.

The wing is still looking for dependents on Incirlik AB to take advantage of this opportunity. People wishing to participate can either call ahead of time or the day of the event to 676-6060 to sign up or to find out when to arrive at unit rally points.

Family members who are unable to sign up are still encouraged participate and can do so by simply coming to the Rumor Control Center "Mobile" at the Incirlik Club Complex any time Tuesday or Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Transportation and maps to the exercise location will be available.

All participating dependents will automatically be entered into a drawing for free round-trip airfare for two to Cyprus, including two nights in a five star hotel. Additionally, all club members will qualify for an additional Mega Moola ticket for each dependent that comes through the line in addition to two tickets for each pet.

Exercise participants are encouraged to bring their children, pets (in kennels), passports and luggage (1 check bag no more than 66 lbs and a carry on). Light refreshments will be provided by first sergeants through the chapel. However, it is recommended to bring some water and snacks.
