Eric Summers Jr. 39th AIr Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Wing leadership honored three senior master sergeants assigned to the 39th Air Base Wing who were selected for promotion to the rank of chief master sergeant during a recognition ceremony Nov. 14, here. Senior Master Sgts. Rachelle Slater, 39th Force Support Squadron, Dwayne Morgan, 39th Contracting Squadron, and Shane Grosso, 39th Air Base Wing Command Post, were selected for promotion to the highest enlisted rank in the Air Force. The three are among 400 selected from the 2,023 eligible senior master sergeants. Only one percent of enlisted Airmen attain the grade of E-9.
