Pick of the 'Lik: Arlene Molina, 39th FSS

Arlene Molina, 39th Force Support Squadron library technician, was awarded "Pick of the 'Lik" for the week of Jan. 15, here.

Molina was an instrumental team member of the 2013 Incirlik Library Summer Reading Program, helping the library achieve 1st place in its class for the most books read in USAFE libraries. This accomplishment also contributed to her selection as the 39th Air Base Wing's A1 Technician of the Year, 2013.

As a library technician for the Incirlik Base Library, Arlene serves hundreds of library customers each week. Her leadership espouses her positive attitude and cheerfulness that projects her genuine happiness to assist customers and recommend reading and viewing materials for them to enjoy. Arlene contributes to the success of the Incirlik Base Library program in many significant ways from assisting with weekly story and craft times to filling inter-library loan requests from other USAFE libraries.

Many library customers who transfer to Incirlik Air Base from other locations remark on the fine collection of books and DVDs available at the Incirlik Library as well as the warm and friendly customer service they receive from the staff. Arlene Molina is one of the people behind this success
