Pick of the 'Lik: Tech. Sgt. Luckey

Tech. Sgt. Sheree Luckey, 39th Air Base Wing protocol NCO in charge, was awarded this week's "Pick of the 'Lik" Feb. 10, here.

During her time at Incirlik, Luckey established policies and procedures used during 47 distinguished visitor visits and 77 wing-level formal military ceremonies and social events. Additionally, her leadership and attention to detail made it possible for the opening of the wing's 1.8 million dollar joint weapons range restoring combat arms skills to the base populace.
 
Known for her diplomatic demeanor Luckey's assistance proved vital during 21 general officer and senior executive service civilian visits, for which she coordinated with the Turkish General Staff and Office of Defense Cooperation-Turkey to overcome clearance issues. Her efforts were also instrumental in the wing protocol office receiving the 2013 United States Air Forces in Europe George Washington Award for Protocol Excellence.
