Newcomers arrive at Incirlik Published March 4, 2014 By Senior Airman Nicole Sikorski 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Airmen from the 728th Air Mobility Squadron Passenger Terminal play a key role in processing hundreds of passengers weekly that travel through the base. The 728th AMS consists of three flights: maintenance, aerial port and air mobility command and control center. The unit provides strategic, theater and contract commercial air mobility support to Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia. In addition, Airmen from the PAX terminal service the Patriot Express mission which is used to transport incoming and departing members of Incirlik AB.
