Pick of the 'Lik: Staff Sgt. Bobby Johnson Published March 6, 2014 By Senior Airman Nicole Sikorski 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Staff Sgt. Bobby Johnson, 39th Communications Squadron postal specialist, was awarded this week's "Pick of the 'Lik" March 5, here. Johnson created an automated inprocessing advanced mail box and address notification system. The system allows sponsors of incoming individuals or the individuals themselves to digitally notify the post office with orders and all required forms without having to physically visit the post office. Additionally, Johnson coordinated with 7,000 magazine and advertising agencies to reduce the amount of "bulk mail" items that are processed for service members no longer at Incirlik AB. The 39th Air Base Wing leadership recognizes Airmen who are handpicked by their units for demonstrating outstanding leadership and job performance abilities.
