Cable dog is awarded Pick of the 'Lik Published May 16, 2014 By Senior Airman Nicole Sikorski 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Staff Sgt. Dustin Estepp, 39th Communications Squadron cable and antenna maintenance technician, was awarded this week's Pick of the 'Lik May 15, here. Estepp enabled phone, data and internet services by devising and splicing an 11,000 foot solution to the base data center which provided escorts communication to command and control contractors in the critical loops area. Additionally, Estepp led a five-person response team during a 1, 200 circuit cable cut, restoring service to three buildings in less than 24 hours. His efforts restored vital alarm circuits and enabled continued Airmen's Defense Council operations while minimizing downtime. The 39th Air Base Wing leadership recognizes Airmen who demonstrate outstanding leadership and job performance.
