IZMIR, Turkey -- Lt. Col. John Thomas received command of the 425th Air Base Squadron from Col. Sean Gallagher, 39th Mission Support Group commander, May 30, Izmir, Turkey.

The passing of the guidon symbolizes Thomas' assumption of command from the outgoing 425th ABS commander Lt. Col. Gary Goosen.
