INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Lt. Col. George M. Buch Jr., took command of the 728th Air Mobility Squadron during a change of command ceremony here June 16.

Lt. Col. Henry H. Triplett III, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at U.S. European Command, Stuttgart, Germany.

A Change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
