Exercises test not only the skills of first responders, but also other aspects of a crisis situation such as communication and command and control. Airmen from the 39th Medical Group, the 39th Security Forces Squadron, the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron and the 39th Maintenance Squadron participated in the exercise.
