39th Mission Support Group changes command

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Lt. Col. Russell Voce received command of the 39th Mission Support Group from Col. Craig Wills, 39th Air Base Wing commander, during a change of command July 15, here.

Col. Sean T. Gallagher, outgoing commander, will be retiring from his Air Force career.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
