INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Lt. Col. Erin McDonald received command of the 39th Communications Squadron from Lt. Col. Russell Voce, 39th Mission Support Group commander, during a change of command Aug. 5, here.

Lt. Col. James Skelton, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C.
