Eboni Reams 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- More than 50 parents and children attended the Incirlik Child Development Center Harvest Fest today. The Harvest Fest encouraged parent-teacher-child communitcation while enjoying the season festivities including pumpkins, games and face painting. "At the Incirlik Child Development Center we love creating family Involvement experiences for our children and families," said Ta'Nashea McLeod, Incirlik CDC training manager. "In addition to the fun we have, family involvement is important to us because it provides an opportunity to build trust and foster positive relationships between our teaching staff and the families of the children enrolled in our care. We have an open door policy and we welcome our patrons to stop by any time to get involved and support their children within our program."
