Incirlik Airmen receive CCAF degrees Published Dec. 16, 2014 39th Air Base Wing public affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The 39th Air Base Wing held a Community College of the Air Force graduation ceremony at the Club Complex ballroom Dec. 15, here. Sixteen Airmen received their CCAF associates degrees in different educational fields. The degrees were presented by Col. Mark Anarumo, 39th ABW vice commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Laura Klaczyk, 39th Security Forces Squadron security forces manager. The CCAF is the largest accredited community college in the United States.
