Innovation Madness video contest Published March 13, 2015 By Senior Airman Michael Battles INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- It's March 13, which means it's officially the start of the U.S. Forces in Europe Innovation Madness video contest. Today, USAFE released videos from nine USAFE bases on their official Facebook page highlighting each base's innovative ideas. The base with the best innovation video and awards package wins $250,000 in quality of life improvements at their installations. The competition will involve bracket style tournament establishing single elimination rounds in which wings will be paired head to head. The wing that best demonstrates their culture of innovation to be superior will advance until only one remains - the tournament champion. Here is how Team Incirlik can take home the prize: 1.)
