Changes rolling out for Hodja Express Published May 7, 2015 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Effective May 11, the Hodja Express bus will be replaced with a 12-passenger van and the route will end at 6 p.m. each day, here. The minor changes to service are in response to a recent customer service survey conducted by the 39th Air Base Wing to assess the use of the mass transit service and an effort to reduce operating costs. The white 12-passengar van, which will replace the blue 29-passengar van, will be appropriately marked as the Hodja Express, and will continue to operate on the same route. Passes will still be required to ride the Hodja Express and can be purchased at the fitness center, club complex, outdoor recreation, Big City Diner, community center and Hodja Inn. The cost for a pass is $10 and is valid for 20 one-way trips.
