INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Maj. Kelly Padden took command of the 39th Comptroller Squadron during a change of command ceremony here, June 19.

Prior to taking command, Padden was the 8th CPTS commander, 8th Fighter Wing, Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
