INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Maj. John Mora took command of the 39th Maintenance Squadron during a change of command ceremony here, June 23.

Prior to taking command, Mora was the Senior Munitions Staff Officer, Munitions Branch, Logistics Operations Division, Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics, Headquarters United States Forces Korea.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
