INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Türkiye --

U.S. Air Force enlisted personnel assigned to the 39th Air Base Wing participated in an Enlisted Summit at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, July 15-17, 2026. The event was designed to facilitate stronger professional connections across every enlisted tier, a broader understanding of leadership and to bridge the gaps between tactical execution and strategic leadership.

Segmented into Airman, noncommissioned officer and senior noncommissioned officer tiers, enlisted personnel were challenged to implement practical approaches to complex mission demands, master resource management and cultivate the confidence needed to influence organizational success while developing the next generation of innovation.

The summit concluded with a joint session in which attendees were empowered with actionable ideas to accelerate mission success throughout Incirlik AB.
