The new O-4s were selected along with 2,513 of their fellow Airmen across the Air Force. "I feel very elated to make it to the rank of major," said Capt. Artemus Armas, 39th Medical Group officer in charge of medical services. "I was very surprised when I found out; I hope making rank will just give me a chance to help others while doing the job I love."
